I had the MOST lovely trip ever. South America Tours staff, who met me at the airports etc, were always on time, always courteous and had good English skills. My seat from Cusco to Puno [Peru] on the Dome train was seat A1, which meant I was at the front of the train, right next to the driver’s cabin, and got to see everything from the front, rather than the side! I felt like a VIP! Nicolas rang me during the trip, to see if everything was going ok, and then again, after the trip to get feedback. I’ve travelled all over the world, mostly by myself, and this is the first time that any travel agent has ever contacted me after I’d paid the money!
